For those of you who are Formula 1 Fans, there is another reason to rejoice in the track coming out to Elroy- Wild Bubba's Wild Grill!  This place is in many ways typical Texas- unique, friendly, and with it's own style.  Here you can enjoy some delicious down-home cooking of not just your regular cuts of meat, but sample from a wide variety of all kinds of wild game- antelope, deer, buffalo, and wild boar just to name a few.  And don't forget the chili!  This specialty is done  up right- lots of flavor, a bit of kick, and the perfect dish for a cold winter afternoon.  Next time you are down that direction, give Bubba a holler- he'll make you feel right at home.
