Most of you who read this blog are car fans of one type or another, and unless you have been hiding in a cave for the last decade, you are probably familiar with the Fast and Furious movie franchise. Furious 7 is the last movie starring Paul Walker since his untimely death in 2013. There are certain to be many cool cars, exciting chases, and plenty of action. Races2U will be hosting a fundraiser party to benefit Your Ride is Here in conjunction with the release.
The event will be held at the Moviehouse and Eatery at the Trails on 620 in Northwest Austin. Sponsors for this event include Driveway Austin, Jaguar of Austin, Mosing Motorcars, and of course, Races2U. There will be many cool cars from the movie on display at the theater, as well as information on how you can become a professional driver, and there will be a slot car track set up in the lobby. We will be taking donations throughout opening weekend to benefit Your Ride is Here- because having cancer is difficult- getting to treatment shouldn’t be.
