Due to the poor weather last week, Races2U did not participate in the annual Ferrari Festival in Houston, even though we ordered many cars to sell during the event. Our loss is your gain! $5 off any Ferrari $49 and below, and $10 off any $50 or more! We have dozens of models to choose from, from the latest La Ferrari to the classic 250 LM. Come by the store and pick one up for the track around your Christmas tree! And if you don’t have a track for your tree, we can help you with that, too!
Though not as well known as some of the other brands of slot car tracks we carry, Ninco makes some of the best and the widest variety of the plastic tracks. The snow track has a very slick surface and icy appearance, and goes great with holiday decorations. The Christmas themed Mercedes convertible from Carrera looks perfectly at home with Saint Nick behind the wheel on this miniature Winter Wonderland. Come on in to the store and see how many reindeer you can find around the track. The weather was MUCH better on the rain date November 8th, and we had a great turnout of all kinds of cars. Races2U was out at the Circuit of the Americas all day yesterday with the grid girls promoting the brand and having a great time. There was a lot to see and do at the track aside from the Formula 1 racing. There was also Ferrari and Porsche racing as well as a carnival game midway, lots of concerts, drivers signing autographs, and even a monkey riding a dog and herding sheep. Of course, the Races2U girls were a hit again this year, and hundreds of people wanted to pose with them and get their pictures taken. For the full album of photos, see our Photobucket page.
